QB2 Premium Connections
The EVRlock QB2 Premium Connection is proven in the most challenging environments for the most demanding needs. An engineered micro-finished metal-to-metal radial seal provides consistent and reliable sealing and ensures even distribution of thread compound. The large thread compound relief groove adjacent to the seal allows for smooth and worry-free make-up. The reverse load flank gives EVRlock QB2 greater than 100% pipe body strength in tension. In addition, the steep stabbing flank aids runnability, maintaining greater than 100% pipe body strength in compression
EVRlock connections are manufactured and measured to precise tolerances down to the micron, with engineered features that provide reliable service for the most challenging wells.

QB1-HT Semi-Premium Connections
The EVRlock QB1-HT Semi-Premium Connection was developed specifically for use in applications where high torque and high strength are a priority. Utilizing the same proven thread form of the EVRlock QB1-HT Premium Connection, EVRlock QB1-HT replaces the metal-to-metal radial seal with an axial shoulder to provide a connection with improved torque capacity and runnability. With engineered design features that provide the ability to rotate while cementing and eliminate the need for torque turn monitoring, EVRlock QB1-HT also reduces well costs.
QB2-XL Premium Connections
The EVRlock QB2 has set the standard in performance for thermal well intermediate casing. However, large diameter casing in shallow wells has provided a new set of challenges that traditional thermal premium connections have struggled to meet. As a result, EVRAZ has developed the QB2-XL (eXtreme Line), an ISO/PAS 12835:2013 (TWCCEP) tested connection with unparalleled performance in 10 ¾” OD and larger casing.
EB Enhanced Buttress
EVRlock EB (Enhanced Buttress) builds upon the API Buttress design to create a Pin- on-Pin solution that makes up with the reliability and strength of a shouldered design. Manufactured on high speed threaders in EVRAZ’ casing mills, the EB delivers outstanding performance at a modest cost.
